[JosProv-time] Day off request

Good morning,

Again, I apologize for the late nature of my email as I try to give many months in advance of notice. I have had personal matters pop up where I need the time off.  I have may openings several weeks before these dates including many openings 5/9,  5/12 and 5/13. With Emma starting a new schedule as well I am hopeful that these patients will be seen in a timely manner.

For 5/15 and 5/16, it will mean rescheduling 15 patients within 30 days of their appointments.

I am sorry for the late notice of this, but can my schedule be blocked 5/16 and 5/17 for days off? Additionally, can the whole day of 7/23 be blocked now as well?
