Good afternoon all,

Since we are having the NP/PAs see more of the patients with diabetes, I should get rid of my "endo only" slots. I will still have front desk say nothing is available until September even when I say an endo only slot can be used, so I think getting rid of that would be helpful.

Starting in May or June 2025, could you please go through the schedule and take out the (ENDO ONLY, NO DM) designation on all appointments?

Also, since it sounds like rooming can happen at 7:45 AM, could you please make the following changes starting in September 2025?

Monday, Tuesday, Friday (new 60 min, follow up 30 min):
07:45 F
08:15 N
09:15 F
09:45 N  (urgent only)
10:45 F
11:15 F
13:00 N
14:00 F
14:30 F

Wed
Morning is blocked for research
12:45 N (urgent)
13:45 F
14:15 F
14:45 F

Thursday admin/research

Standing Meetings - please just place block for now, but don't move anyone unless it's far our like in June or after.
Peds Endo Monthly Diabetes Conference 1st Wednesday of the month (no block needed)
Peds Endo Monthly Team Meeting 4th Tuesday  - Block 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM visits
EMR Advisory Committee 2nd Wednesday of the month (no block needed)
DEI Committe Meeting 3rd Friday of odd months - Block 1 PM patient
Brain Tumor Clinic - 4th Tuesday afternoon of every month - block those afternoons please
