Good afternoon,

I apologize for the late request, I have an appointment that I will need to attend in the afternoon July 11th and I am requesting the afternoon off.

Currently I am scheduled off on July 18th, but I will open my afternoon and and can come in at 12pm on the 18th to make rescheduling easier.
