[JosProv-time] cancelling vacation days

Good morning,

I am switching to a state position as of 3/13/25 and will be starting at zero vacation time. Because of this I will have to cancel my vacation time scheduled March 18th and April 11th , I will be working on these days. I will also have to attend a orientation for benefits and will need to cancel a few patients. I have reached out regarding a date but am still waiting to hear back when this is.

I am also asking again (original message was in February) that my schedule be blocked on April 4th at 1:30 for the afternoon. This has been ok'ed by Dr. Izquierdo.
