[JosProv-time] Time off requests/updates

Good morning,

I wanted to send a few updates and a request for some vacation time in June and August.

June Vacation Day: 6/18/25- I will be out of town, please mark for a full vacation day.
August Vacation Days: 8/6/25 and 8/7/2025- I will be out of town, please mark these for vacation days on my schedule.

In other exciting news, I am expecting, and baby is due in early October. Please place any needed hold on my schedule after this point. I will meet with HR/benefits closer to the Fall. I have planned my OB appointments through most of the pregnancy to be Wednesday mornings to correlate with admin time. This will hopefully minimize the need to move the majority of my patients.  I've included a list of appointment days below. There is one day where I think the 11 am slot on Wednesday should be blocked, just because the timing is pretty close. This patient could be offered by triage slot (320pm) that day, or 730 am on that day instead.

Appointment Times:
4/2/2025- I will be in office in time for the 11 am patient scheduled.
4/30/2025- I will be in office in time for the 11 am patient scheduled.
5/28/2025-  This day, I think it would be best to move the 11 am patient-  I can see them at 730 am or 320 pm same day.
6/25/2025- I will be in office in time for the 11 am patient scheduled.
7/23/2025- I will be in office in time for the 11 am patient scheduled.
