[JosProv-time] 2nd half of 2026 blocks

Good morning,

We just completed the call schedule for the 2nd half of 2026. Hopefully we'll hire someone before then and will make some updates to this schedule...

Would you please block my schedule for the following call weeks in 2026:

Jul 21 (Tues - Mon for all the weeks below)
Aug 4
Aug 25
Sept 8
Oct 13
Nov 10
Nov 24
Dec 8

Please block the first patient on the Tuesday following call, but don't move anyone. Please don't move anyone from the 2nd half of the year 2026 blocks yet, I will look over the first few weeks of those blocks and decide who to move.

For the 2026 call weeks please keep the following open:
1st Tuesday, Friday: 10:15, 11 and 1 pm slots
Wednesday: 12:45, 1:45, 2:15
Thursday: academic day
Monday 9:15, 9:45, 11:15
2nd Tuesday:  block 7:45 am only

Here are the other routine blocks I have:

Thursday admin/research

Wednesday morning research

Standing Meetings - please just place block for now, but don't move anyone unless it's far out like in June or after.

Peds Endo Monthly Diabetes Conference 1st Wednesday of the month (no block needed)

Peds Endo Monthly Team Meeting 4th Tuesday  - Block 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM visits

EMR Advisory Committee 2nd Wednesday of the month (no block needed)

DEI Committe Meeting 3rd Friday of odd months - Block 1 PM patient

Brain Tumor Clinic - 4th Tuesday afternoon of every month - block those afternoons please



I will try go get vacation weeks figured out better soon, for now, please block (but do not move patients) for June 29- July 10 and Aug 11-21st

Please also block, but do not move patients for - Sept 21, Oct 2, Nov 3, Nov 11, Dec 21-Jan1
