Hello,

I am sorry to be moving around dates so much but I was just able to get my surgery and appointments scheduled. I will need Wednesday 2/18, Friday 2/20 (sorry I have moved this date around), Monday 2/23-Friday 3/6 off (this is when my surgery will be) and then Tuesday 3/10 off as well.
