I will send MRNs to Stephanie of all the patients only scheduled in my clinic on who can see an APP and if they can see only me, when to reschedule them with me. Dr. El Muayed will staff the fellow clinic on Friday 2/27.

I would like to bring to your attention that we are currently within the 30-day window, and these appointments will be reflected in our cancellation report, as it is not feasible to reschedule these patients before February 24th.



Do we plan to open an additional day for the rescheduling of these appointments?  Furthermore, I want to note that the Friday Fellows clinics have very limited availability, which means that these patients are likely to be rescheduled for May and June.
