[JosProv-time] Some dates I will be unavailable for clinic

I will be away for meetings/conferences on the following dates.

July 22-24
    I could see patients Tuesday July 21 with fellows in the morning or afternoon if we could make that work.

October 14-16
   I could see patients Tuesday October 13 with fellows in the morning or afternoon if that is possible.

Nov 6 -10
    This does not effect Joslin clinics

Nov 11 I am needed for LCME site visit preparation all day. I could see patients Thursday Nov 12 or Friday Nov 13 with fellows if we can make that work.

In 2027: I plan to attend the Endocrine Society meetings June 5-8. Might as well block my schedule now if it's open.
