[JosProv-time] Request time off

For Monday 3/30 Since I only have a patient at 9:45, can I can the morning off? 
 I can see the 9:45 at 1  or 3:45 if possible or the next day.  If the patient cannot move the appointment, I will come in to see him.  I do not want to cancel him unless he is ok seeing later in the day or the next day.
I still want the rest of the morning open slots off to run some errands.
