That's what I took from Dr Sloanes email but how does he want his schedule to be? I mean Fridays seem like it's an Admin day but has patients scheduled. Does he want Fridays open or blocked because when you say unblock 9/12-9/29 it's going to open up these
days? Also, for Thursday's mornings will Dr Sloane now be the permanent attending. This means I can open up Dr Gayams schedule for 9/21? Just need elaboration and clarification.

Good Afternoon and happy Friday, I was in touch with your colleague Katelynn Slater, a few weeks back about this and with my department coordinators. I’ve filled out the form (I think) for Paid family leave but understand I can’t
submit until August 6 because of when I officially started. My plan is to start a vacation 8/15/2023 until 8/20/2023. Then I will hopefully be able to have my request fulfilled for FMLA/paternity leave/PFL from 8/21/2023 for 2 weeks ending 9/3/2023. Then
I’ll take one more week of paid vacation starting 9/4/2023 ending 9/11/2023. Hope that makes sense. I’ll send the forms I have 8/6/2023 as instructed and hopefully it’ll go smoothly. With the imminent arrival of the new baby I’ve been a little scatter brained
so appreciate your patience and your guidance. Thanks so much
