[kronos-mgr-lic] Early Kronos Approval Cutoff

Per the Albany processing schedule, we have an early payroll submission date due to the Election Day holiday.  We need to transmit payroll transactions to Albany on Tuesday, November 5th.  Please review, edit and approve your employee's bi-weekly annual KRONOS time for pay period 10/10/24 - 10/23/24, by close of business Tuesday, 10/29/24.  If you have any UUP represented employees or employees eligible for Specialty Shift Differential, please approve these time sheets prior to approving your Research, CSEA and PEF represented employees, as these process one day earlier.  Per Diem/Hourly employee's KRONOS time need to be edited and approved by Friday, 11/1/24.

I am requesting your assistance to ensure that the above deadlines are met, enabling us to pay employees their exception pay (overtime, shift differential, etc.) in the next available paycheck.  If you have any questions, please reach out to myself or your timekeeper directly.
