[kronos-mgr-lic] Early Kronos Approval

Good morning,

We have an early payroll submission. We need to transit payroll transactions to Albany on Tuesday December 16th. Please ensure that your Kronos timecards have been reviewed, edited, and approved for November 20, 2025- December 3,2025. If you have any UUP represented employees or employees eligible for Specialty Shift Differential, please ensure that these are approved as they are being processed one day earlier. Per Diem / Hourly employees Kronos timecards need to be approved by Monday December 15th.

I am requesting your assistance to ensure that the above deadlines are met, enabling us to pay employees their exception pay (overtime, shift differential, etc) in the next available paycheck. If you have any questions, please reach out to myself or your timekeeper directly. We are here to help, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance reconciling problematic timesheets.

As a reminder, all biweekly timesheets should be approved by the Monday after State Payday. This allows us ample time to audit, and post, to ensure the employees are being paid correctly and on time.

Also, the next two additional pay periods of December 4-December 17,2025 and December 18,2025- December 31, 2025 will also be early deadlines for us, due to the holidays.
