[kronos-mgr-lic] Early Kronos Approval for the next two pay periods

Hello,

We have an early payroll submission date due to the Juneteenth Holiday. We need to transit payroll transactions to Albany on Tuesday June 17th. Please ensure that your staffs Kronos timecards have been reviewed, edited, and approved for pay period 5/22/25-6/4/25. If you have any UUP represented employees or employees eligible for Specialty Shift Differential, please ensure that these are approved as these are being processed one day earlier. Per Diem/Hourly employees Kronos time needs to be approved by Monday June 16th.

I am requesting your assistance to ensure that the above deadlines are met, enabling us to pay employees their exception pay (overtime, shift differential, etc) in the next available paycheck. If you have any questions, please reach out to myself or your timekeeper directly. We are here to help , so please do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance reconciling problematic timesheets. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in meeting this schedule.

We are also going to have an early deadline, the very next pay period of 6/5/25-6/18/25 due to July 4th. Per Diem/Hourly timesheets will need to be approved by Monday  June 30th.
