[LabUpdates] Laboratory Formulary Committee Updates - HIV sendout testing change

Medicine and laboratory testing are constantly changing.  The Laboratory Formulary Committee regularly sends out emails with new updates and changes.


HIV Testing Changes: Due to a national shortage of reagents, emergency testing changes for HIV are shown below.  As this is a national shortage, referral to another lab is not an option.  There is no change to the Epic order, only what testing will be done at the reference laboratory.  Please see table below and attached letter from LabCorp for more information.
