</span></strong><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;font-weight:normal">The blue citrate tubes used to draw blood for coagulation testing is in short supply.  At this time, Upstate has sufficient tubes to provide required
 testing, but these tubes should be utilized sparingly at this time and only when coagulation testing is indicated.  Blue citrate tubes should not be drawn proactively “just in case”.  Please see the attached guidance for more information.
