<b>August 8<sup>th</sup> 2024</b>, the current suite of <b>Prepare and Transfuse Cryoprecipitate</b> orders will be replaced by a single
<b>Prepare and Transfuse Cryoprecipitate</b> order. This single order is more streamlined, with guidance for appropriate dosage and indications. The intent with this change is to decrease the current confusion with these order, decrease delays in care due
to incorrect orders, and to allow accurate nursing documentation of transfusion of cryoprecipitate. Please see the attached guidance for further details.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
