for patients > 80 years of age; therefore, this calculation has not been previously reported by SUNY Upstate labs. Starting
<b>July 23<sup>rd</sup> 2026</b>, calculation of GFR based on the creatinine will be reported for > 80 year patients with a guidance on interpretation and alternative testing. Please see the attached guidance for further details.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<b>July 23<sup>rd</sup> 2026</b>, blood gas testing on mixed venous samples (<b>Blood Gas, Mixed Venous; LAB123151</b>) will be available at SUNY Upstate Downtown campus with appropriate normal ranges, etc. This change is needed for those services monitoring
