The Lawson server will be taken off-line Wednesday, February 23rd at 3:45 AM until approximately 7am in order to minimize any connectivity issues resulting from the Network Outage scheduled for this Wednesday, February 23rd from 4:30am - 6am,

The Lawson Web Portal, Smart Office, Web Requisitioning, MSCM (scanners), and Service Log will not be available for use during this time. Please use standard downtime procedures for the duration of this downtime.

Please make sure you log out of Lawson Tuesday evening.

You will be notified via email when the Lawson is back online.

This week on Wednesday February 23rd from 4:30 - 6:00 AM there will be an interruption of the Upstate Network Connections across all of the Upstate campus, including all internet connections. No IMT systems will be available during this time. Also, internet connections from the outside into Upstate will not be available. There will be overhead pages before we begin the work and once the work is completed. Specifically many of the systems that will be unreachable starting at 4:30 AM include but are not limited to:


  *   Phone System(Use Red Phones)
  *   Avasure(VMT)
  *   Vocera
  *   Epic - The Hyperspace Downtime Read-Only System WILL NOT be available during this time
  *   P-Tube System will be down
  *   Web Sites
  *   VPN remote access - Citrix and Cisco AnyConnect
  *   Self Serve
  *   BB
  *   Banner
  *   MyChart (Patient portal)
  *   Upstate CareLink (Community portal)
  *   Haiku/Canto (iPhone,iPad)
  *   CareEverwhere activity within EPIC
  *   Surescripts (ePrescribing and Medication History queries)
  *   Launching Dragon/Nuance from within EPIC for dictation
  *   Tele Tracking
  *   Spok web site used to send text pages
  *   AMION
  *   Life Image (Image Sharing)
  *   Ambra (Image Sharing)
  *   Powershare (Image Sharing)
  *   Lifenet (Emergency Care System)

  *   Fuji Synapse PACS (SynmainDB)
  *   Fuji Synapse VNA (EcoreDB)
  *   Powerscribe (PS360db01/PS360db1)
  *   Dosewatch (Dosewatch01)
  *   Neuroquant (Neuroquant01)
  *   Vitrea Advanced Imaging System (VIMS-01)
  *   All computers and devices will disconnect from the network during this time

No Non-emergent elevator transports should be conducted during this outage due to potential impact on elevator phones.
