REMINDER:

The Lawson system will be upgraded to the latest release of version 10 beginning Friday, May 13th at 4pm.

Lawson will be taken offline at 4pm today and it will be down through Sunday, May 15th.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOG OUT OF LAWSON BY 4PM.

Please follow your department's downtime procedures until the Lawson system is back online.



WHAT WILL CHANGE?

Smart Office  ACTION REQUIRED!!!


*         If you use Smart Office, you will need to save your current Smart Office canvas (desktop) BEFORE the system is taken down on Friday, May 13th at 4pm.  The attached document will guide you through saving your canvas.


*         Your old Smart Office icon will not work after the upgrade. Smart Office will need to be reinstalled after the upgrade is complete.  Instructions on reinstalling Smart Office will be sent on Sunday, May 15th.


Lawson Mingle
Lawson Mingle, the latest user interface to Lawson, will be replacing the current portal interface (accessed via Chrome/Edge). The new URL will be emailed to you after the upgrade.

Tableau & Business Object Reports
Lawson reports from Tableau & Business Objects will not be available after 4pm on Friday, May 13th until Tuesday morning.
