[util] High Temps/Conserve Energy

Good afternoon,

Due to high electrical demand today with the high temperatures please be conscientious of your energy usage and when possible take steps to conserve energy.
Steps include:

  *   Closing shades
  *   Turning off lights and electronics when not in use
  *   Adjusting temperatures in non-patient care area up 1-2 degrees
