Hey Team,

To support the ongoing WHA power upgrade project, a planned electrical shutdown will be required to transition temporary electrical feeders to the new permanent feeder system.

Please review the details below:

  *   Date: Tuesday, July 28, 2026
  *   Time: 6:30 AM – Approximately 2:30 PM (approximately 8 hours)
  * Location: Weiskotten Hall Addition (WHA)
  * Affected Areas: Basement and 1st Floor
  *   Impact:
Normal power will be unavailable throughout the affected areas during the scheduled outage. Emergency power will remain operational and will not be affected.

Equipment connected to brown or white electrical outlets will not have power during the shutdown. Equipment that must remain operational should be connected to red emergency power outlets, where available.

  *   Scope of Work:
The electrical contractor will remove the existing temporary feeder and connect the new permanent electrical feeder as part of the ongoing WHA power upgrade project.
  *   Additional Information:
Out of an abundance of caution, this notification includes the entire Basement and 1st Floor to ensure all potentially affected occupants are aware of the planned outage.
