We are proud of how far the podcast has come in the past two years much thanks to two seasons of incredible hosts and the amazing support of our own Educational Communications Team. We are going strong with listeners on Spotify, iHeart Radio, Apple Music, along with celebrating recording right in our Health Link Studio for a full year in May! To that end, we are searching for our Season 3 hosts! We hope to have three hosts again representing various programs/colleges here at Upstate.

The responsibilities of a host would be planning/coordinating with their fellow hosts and the admissions team to brainstorm episode topics, scheduling one consistent day each month for recording in the Health Link Studio (typically 2-3 hours for recording), and finally, helping to edit the recording and crafting titles/metadata. This is a great resume builder, as an extracurricular/volunteer role.

  1.  One minute audio of you responding prompt, ‘What is one understated piece of advice you would share with a future applicant to your program?”
  2.  A paragraph outlining relevant experience and why you want to be a host.
