[mdphd] Picnic date - Wednesday, June 12th (afternoon)

Please let me know if you foresee major conflicts that would prevent a majority of our group from attending our annual summer MDPhD picnic. The proposed date is Wednesday, June 12th, sometime in the afternoon. This is an event that should be in between our new students arriving and MS1 orientation.

Feel free to let me know some preferred times, as well.
