[mdphd] Grand Rounds - arrive at 4:50 if you can

Good afternoon. I will be doing a 'question of the day' before Arnav's presentation. I do not want to cut into his time so I will be starting at 450 pm. My objective is to dissect a boards style question and review some medicine to help prepare you for shelf exams and the boards. There is no obligation for you to arrive at 450 pm and I would encourage you to pick up your dinner while I am presenting.
