Subject: SURF panel member- June 5th
Good morning,

I am looking for a student currently in COGS interested in participating in this summer’s graduate school panel. In the past, I had a separate MD/PhD panel, but we’ve expanded the program and only time for one panel with students in various programs- a PhD student, an MD student, and an MD/PhD student. It is Thursday, June 5th at 1:30. There will be a lunch.

This is going to be the first week of SURF. I would like panel members to focus on why/how they ended up here. The PhD student and the MD student are former SURF fellows. They will also discuss how to get the most out of the program. We don’t have a former SURF student in the MD/PhD program, but there is a lot of interest in physician scientist training so it would be cool to get one!
