[mdphd] Student host for 4/3 visitor

Good morning,

Looking for a student host to be a point of contact for Laura – a visiting MD/PhD accepted student. She chose an alternate date to visit that coincides with NCOM’s ASD and will be staying at the Collegian (see draft of her itinerary attached). The main responsibility of her host will be to reach out prior to her visit to say hi and remain accessible during her stay, as needed. I anticipate her being low maintenance as most of her schedule is curated by myself for lab visits and NCOM for ASD. She’s been curious about the following labs/research:



Viapiano, Bechler, Solessio, Chen, Loh, Olson

Interested in cancer neuroscience but not 100% sure if this is a long-term thing

Open-minded with different techniques/methods/topics

In cancer neuroscience lab currently, very much a wet-lab
