Dear Dual-Degree Program Directors and Administrators,

We hope your students will consider joining us in Rochester, NY on Saturday, October 11th for the 2025-26 APSA Northeast Regional Meeting. We are excited to bring together physician-scientist trainees, research-focused medical students, and aspiring undergraduates from across the northeast for an exciting day building community at the intersection of medicine and research. We already have students registered from >20 different institutions, and are eager to welcome more!

Can you please help us spread the word about this event among your students? Registration is free for all attendees. Abstracts and travel award applications are due tomorrow, by 11:59PM ET on Friday, September 5th, but registration will remain open until Friday, October 3rd.
