                <li><b>Sunday, April 5th:</b> Dr. Rob Milner (UMass) will lead an interactive career development workshop that will provide an opportunity for residents, fellows, and junior faculty to reflect on their career goals. Participants will describe their career mission, conduct a self assessment of their personal strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats in their environment, establish goals, and define specific objectives to achieve those goals. Dr. Milner has facilitated this popular workshop all around the country.</li>
