I love thanksgiving primarily because of the focus on food and family...and more food. I also love the idea of a holiday that focuses on gratitude. Reflecting back on the year, I am most grateful for family, friends, and finding meaning in my work. </div>

As you may know, my work life is quite complicated. One of the highlights of my responsibilities is working with you in the MD, PhD program. It has been a pleasure to learn from you every week, to see you struggle and succeed, to watch you grow, and to see
