<div dir="auto">Yes! This was the paper I referenced in my talk. Adam first brought this to my attention shortly after it was published. We both interacted with some of the authors on our interview trail. It's really fascinating to see how enthusiastic these
folks are in the recruiting process. Like with MSTPs and MD PhD programs, these PDs are not recruiting for 3 years, but are recruiting for 7 years or more (some programs hire their faculty straight out of their PSTPs). </div>

I greatly appreciated the senior capstones by Akshay and Adam this year. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and insight with the group. In Akshay's presentation he discussed factors that PSTP programs consider when evaluating applicants. I have attached the
article for you to review. Over the next few years, the information that you will have to consider will consist of reddit posts, advice from senior colleagues, and wild speculation. I wish we had more level I evidence rather than the lower quality evidence
