<p class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="color:black">Heidi J. Zapata, MD, PhD, is an infectious disease specialist and immunologist at Yale School of Medicine. As a physician-scientist, she sees both hospital inpatients and HIV-positive outpatients while working
to identify determinants of disease severity. Dr. Zapata is also an assistant professor of medicine (infectious diseases) in the Department of Internal Medicine at Yale School of Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Zapata is an Upstate MD-PhD alum (class of 2008)!</span></i><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
