Good morning everyone!

We hope this email finds you well! My name is Adriana, and I am writing to you today on behalf of the Yale Minority House-staff Organization (MHO) at the Yale School of Medicine and Yale New Haven Hospital to share information on a Yale virtual URiM recruitment event for medical schools in the tri-state area. You may have previously been in contact with one of the other MHO recruitment chairs, Jayson or Stephanie, who have been cc'd in this email.

 Today we want to share information about the Yale virtual URiM recruitment event for medical students (M1-M4) that we will host on November 6, 2024, from 6 to 7 PM ET.

 Cat Gomez-Stafford from our Yale GME office (copied on this email) will lead the organization and logistics from our end. She will send a flyer containing a QR code to your offices and student groups when we receive confirmation of your attendance. Once you receive this flyer, please send it to the URiM groups on your campus!



To confirm your attendance, please reply to this email so that we can get your school added to the programing and send you the rest of the information.
