Hello NCOM students,
Would you like to help us select the next class of medical students? We're looking for current students to serve as interviewers for our Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) process. Your role as an interviewer would be to assess the personal qualities of College of Medicine applicants who have demonstrated strong academic standing, MCAT scores, and relevant personal experiences. Interviewers aid the Admissions Committee in the decision making process of an applicant.
Our interview cycle starts in just a couple of weeks, and we'd be honored to have you join! We'll be interviewing over 700 applicants this year through our MMI process, so we need all the help we can get to make it a success.
An overview of the interview process:
*
Virtual MMI format: During a one-hour session, participants engage in seven virtual mini-interviews on the Kira Talent online platform.
*
Focus on Fairness: To ensure a fair and unbiased selection process, all interviews are conducted blindly, and applicants are evaluated based on AAMC competencies.
*
Interview Schedule: Interviews will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for COM programs, from September through April.
Ready to register? Please complete the form below, and we will send you more information regarding updated training resources and signing up for interview dates.
