MED2028 Important: Transition to UWorld’s Life of Student Platform

Dear Students,
We are pleased to announce that Upstate is transitioning all students to UWorld’s Life of Student platform, which should eliminate the need for you to personally renew services for Step 1 and/or Step 2.
You should have already received—or will soon receive—an email from UWorld containing a code for an additional 180 days of access to your Step 1 account. Please claim this code immediately and within the timeline requested by UWorld. The extra time will be added to your current end date, ensuring uninterrupted access.
Additionally, Step 2 access will be provided on a rolling basis:

  *   3YP students will receive access in February.
  *
Students beginning clerkships in March or later will receive access closer to their start date to maximize usage.
  *
Access will be provided minimally through your class's Step 2 Deadline.

With this new Life of Student access, you will have the appropriate exam resources for as long as you need—without having to personally pay to extend services.
