Hello,
Each weekly message includes a technique that can support your well-being and is grounded in scientific evidence and practical application. Incorporating these strategies into your daily routine can significantly enhance your overall health and wellness.
Dietary Supplements (if needed)
* Scientific Evidence: Supplements like Vitamin D, B12, and Omega-3s can enhance cognitive function and energy, especially in cases of deficiency.
* Reference: Holick, M. F. (2007). Vitamin D deficiency. New England Journal of Medicine, 357(3), 266-281.
* Daily Implementation:
* Supplement with Omega-3 if diet is low in fish and other omega-3 rich foods (avocado, walnuts, eggs, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, chia and flax seeds, olive oil).
* Ensure adequate B12 intake, especially for vegetarians.
* Take Vitamin D if deficient or during low sunlight periods.
Have a great day!
