MED2028 Giving Thanks to EVS Staff

Hello everyone,

As we head into Thanksgiving, the class representatives from all medical school cohorts are planning a meaningful initiative to recognize our Environmental Services  Staff for the often unsung work they do to keep both the hospital and our medical school running smoothly.

To show our appreciation, we're inviting the entire Upstate community to take part in a simple, heartfelt gesture to show our gratitude.

Gratitude Posters
Large posters with markers will be placed in multiple high-traffic areas, including:

  *
2nd floor of the hospital
  *
7th floor Weiskotten-hospital connection elevators
  *
1st floor Setnor

Everyone is encouraged to participate and write messages of gratitude, words of encouragement, favorite memories, or shout-outs to specific EVS team members.

The poster will be available tomorrow during CNS before we place them throughout the university. These will go up on Friday, November 21st, and remain through Thanksgiving break, so everyone has time to add their messages of appreciation. We will also be providing donuts and coffee at the 7th-floor bridge and in Setnor for EVS staff to enjoy as they read.

Please join us in showing appreciation for those who quietly keep our community running every day.
