MED2028 CBSE Exam Protocols

Dear Students,
On Friday, October 3, is the CBSE. We know you have already received emails regarding the content and reason for the CBSE. We want to explain the ins and outs of the exam administration, so you know what to expect on Friday.

Start Time: 9:00 AM (Please arrive 10 minutes early)
Locations: WHA 9295 and WH 103; (as assigned will appear on the GSN Brightspace 8:00 AM on the exam day)
Total # of Items: 200
# of Sections: 4
Items per Section: 50
Maximum Exam Time: 5 hours
Optional Break Time: 15 minutes
Maximum Exam Time with Break: 5 hours and 15 minutes
Rules for taking breaks:

  *   There is no talking on the 9th floor during the break. Some students will be working on their exam while you are on your break. Please do not disturb those taking the exam.
  *   During the break, you can use the restroom, and/or consume food and beverages
  *   Total time allotted for the break is 15 minutes
  *   If you go over the total allotted break time, you will lose time from Section 3 of your exam.
