Hello All,

Each weekly message includes a technique that can support your well-being and is grounded in scientific evidence and practical application. Incorporating these strategies into your daily routine can significantly enhance your overall health and wellness.

Time in Nature

  * Scientific Evidence: Time in nature improves mood and reduces stress.
     * Reference: Bratman, G. N., et al. (2015). Nature experience reduces rumination and subgenual prefrontal cortex activation. Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, 112(28), 8567-8572.
  *   Daily Implementation:
     *   Take a walk in a park.
     *   Study outdoors when possible.
     * Spend weekends hiking or exploring green spaces.

Have a great day!
