your upstate.edu email address. It only takes a few minutes to get started! Students can search for therapists based on clinical specialty, demographics, and state of licensure (a good option for students rotating or studying outside of NYS, or for those).

 BetterMynd is an especially good option for students who prefer evening hours or who don't want to use their time off to attend appointments.  Students are initially allocated 8 sessions each, but can request more sessions whenever needed. All sessions are

 free and confidential. </div>
