Hundreds of medications and chemical exposures are known to cause auditory and/or vestibular dysfunction known as ototoxicity with a range of individual impacts. Preventing or minimizing ototoxic damage is critical to preserve quality of life and provides
care teams opportunities for identification of adverse effects, mitigation of hearing loss, and to support individualized interventions/accommodations. This presentation will review the current scope of ototoxicity management and highlight emerging approaches
