The NDSI is an eight-week immersive clinical and research experience designed for women and underrepresented in medicine. Students will work with specialty-specific preceptors at partner institutions nationwide and present research at the National Medical Association assembly.

The specialty tracks available for first-year medical students are: Orthopaedic Surgery, Dermatology, Radiology, Pathology and PM&R
