Hello,

Each weekly message includes a technique that can support your well-being and is grounded in scientific evidence and practical application. Incorporating these strategies into your daily routine can significantly enhance your overall health and wellness.

Consuming Antioxidant-rich Foods

  * Scientific Evidence: Diets rich in antioxidants improve cognitive function and reduce cellular aging.
     * Reference: Youdim, K. A., et al. (2000). Nutritional modulation of brain aging and cognitive decline. Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, 97(23), 12485-12490.
  *   Daily Implementation:
     *   Include berries with breakfast.
     * Snack on nuts and dark chocolate.
     * Add leafy greens to meals.
