MED2029 Opportunity to Attend the Upstate Gala – Complimentary Student Tickets Available

Dear Medical Students,

We are pleased to offer a limited number of complimentary tickets for the Upstate Gala, which will be held on Saturday, October 24, at 6:00 p.m. at Turning Stone Resort Casino. Note this invitation is restricted to current medical students. The Upstate Gala is a black-tie optional event and provides a wonderful opportunity to represent the College of Medicine and connect with members of the Upstate community.

If you are interested in attending, certain you will attend and would like to be considered for a complimentary ticket, please email Dean Ruiz (ruizr at upstate.edu) no later than 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Wednesday, October 14. Those selected for a complimentary ticket will be notified by Noon, Thursday, October 15.

Please note that if the number of interested students exceeds the number of available tickets, a random drawing will be conducted to allocate tickets fairly.  We encourage interested students to respond by the deadline.
