Med2030 Fw: Join the Med Mentor Program!

Hi Everyone,

You’ve made it through your first month of med school!!

A lot of things are probably starting to settle but there are probably a whole new set of questions you’re starting wonder. What should you study? How do you prepare for exams? What resources should you use? How do you get involved at Upstate? ...

The Med Mentor Program connects M1 students with upperclassmen who can serve as a guide and resource throughout the year. Your mentor can share advice on studying, adjusting to medical school, getting involved at Upstate, balancing school and life, and much more.

There are two ways to find a mentor:

Option 1: Fill out the Mentee Form

Option 2: Attend Med Mentor Speed Match

You’ll have the opportunity to meet and mingle with upperclassmen, ask questions, and get a feel for who you might be a good match with.
