Med2030 CV session information

Hello M1 students!
              Thank you for attending this morning's session.  I wanted to clarify a few things to make your practice with this activity go as smoothly as possible.

  1.  Please submit in Word format so I can leave comments.
  2.  Please reduce your stress about this.  You have plenty of time, so don't rush just to get it done.  Often those that do will have a lot of extra work in fixing it.
     *   I can't recommend enough to at least review the resources on Brightspace, especially the templates and the formatting tips.  This will fix close to 85% of the issues I normally see.
  3.  When I finish reviewing yours, I will include it in Brightspace.  I will change the name to the following example: Dann Miller CV 2026 - Reviewed.  I will leave comments in the document for specific areas to work on and in the overall feedback section on Brightspace.
  4.  If I give you the "grade" of Needs Further Work - the world did not end.  It simply means you really REALLY need to look at the resources on Brightspace and reformat and re-organize your CV because the current version you have will likely not get you that job/residency/etc.
  5.  If this task is confounding you, please set up an appointment and we can sit down together and go over it.
