[Nappi-Utility] Annual Winterization of Hospital Cooling Systems – Effective November 7

Dear Team,
The Physical Plant – HVAC Department will begin its annual winterization of the hospital cooling systems on November 7. This preventive maintenance is essential to protect the equipment and ensure reliable performance through the colder months.
During this process, please note that cooling capacity will be limited in the North, South, and West Wings of the hospital. If we experience periods of unseasonably warm weather, our team will make necessary adjustments to minimize any impact on comfort and operations.
The East Wing, East Tower, Cancer Center, and Nappi Buildings are not affected by this process, as these areas maintain year-round cooling systems independent of outdoor conditions.
