<div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Honeywell and Physical Plant Electronics staff will be conducting annual fire system testing starting at 2am on Tuesday, March 5,
2024, in the Main Hospital (North, South, & West Wings) and the work will continue for the month of March. </span></div>

<div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Please note:</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">• Testing will only occur on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for the month of February and will start at 2:00am and end
at 7:00am except for Wednesdays, where testing will happen from 1:00am – 7:00am. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">• Also note that Wednesday’s testing has been reserved for the 3N/6WOR’s.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">• Air handling system may shut down temporarily.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">• Some pressure rooms may experience alarms and ventilation flow noises may be intermittent as the system transitions and resets.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">• Program changes have been implemented to minimize patient care impact.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">• In the most critical areas (6W, 3N OR’s, etc.) we will coordinate work to be conducted off hours.</span></div>
