[nrb-utility] IHP Atrium - Announcement for Friday, April 29th

This announcement is to make researchers, faculty and staff whose office and lab space is located in the IHP aware of an event scheduled in the Atrium:

NYS Senator Kristen Gillibrand has requested the use of the IHP Atrium on Friday, April 29 at 2:30 pm for a press briefing.  While the event itself will only be 30 minutes in duration, the set up will begin the morning of the 29th.  It is anticipated that no more than 20-25 attendees and 7 reporters will be on hand for this event.  Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
