[nrb-utility] IHP/IHPE Natural Gas Repair

National Grid is working on locating and repairing a natural gas leak on Madison St by the IHP loading docks. This may require the service to the building to shut off to facilitate the repair. This will impact the steam boilers and hot water for both buildings.
